Let's talk about your pilot

Tell us about what you run and what you want the cameras to do for you. If your request is a fit, we'll come back with a proposed pilot scope: 1-3 scenarios, a pilot site, and a 4-6 week timeline. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.

FAQs

Have questions?

Here are some quick answers to the most common questions about our services, pricing, and how we work

Do We Need to Buy New Cameras?

Usually no. Most modern CCTV setups work with Neurosensor as-is. The technical audit at the start of the pilot tells you for certain. When something does need to change, it's typically angle or placement, not a hardware swap.

How Long Does the Pilot Take?

4-6 weeks from kickoff to the first live events on a pilot site. That includes the CCTV audit, scenario scoping, model training for your initial 1-3 scenarios, zone mapping, and calibration against your thresholds. Scaling to the rest of your network happens after the pilot proves the metrics.

Cloud or On-Premise: How Do We Decide?

Cloud is the default for most operators because it's faster to roll out and easier to manage across a network. On-premise is the right call when regulation, internal InfoSec policy, or the nature of your facility means data has to stay inside your perimeter. Banking, critical infrastructure, government, defence, and some healthcare contexts usually fall into that category. Functionality is identical in both formats.

What About GDPR and Data Privacy?

Neurosensor is GDPR-compliant. A Data Processing Agreement is signed as part of onboarding. In cloud deployments, only the clips tied to a confirmed incident are stored, not the continuous stream. Retention windows are configurable per client. For clients where that's still too much, on-premise means the data never leaves your infrastructure.

How Accurate Is the Detection?

What About False Positives? Accuracy targets are set per scenario and validated during the pilot before full rollout. If the agreed targets aren't hit, we keep training until they are, or we renegotiate the scope. We don't ship scenarios that fail their own metrics. When your team flags a false positive in the dashboard, that feedback goes into the next training round. This improvement loop is part of the subscription

Can We Add New Scenarios After Launch?

Yes. New scenarios go through another round of annotation and training, but they're usually faster than the original because the base model already knows your environment. Pricing is a one-off fee per scenario, plus in some cases a small adjustment to the monthly rate

Can It Integrate with Our ERP or Ticketing System?

Yes. Standard options are webhooks on event creation, CSV export, and REST API. Deeper integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, or internal systems are scoped into the project during onboarding. Most operators using our CCTV AI analytics platform have this running within the pilot window.

How Is Neurosensor Related to Neuroshop?

Neuroshop builds operational technology for multi-site businesses. Neuroprice handles pricing on the shelf. Neurolockers and the Neuroshop smart fridge handle unmanned sales. Neurosensor, our CCTV AI video analytics platform, covers what's happening in front of the shelf, at the table, on the floor, and in the corridor. Same account team, same commercial structure. You can also buy any product on its own. Neuroshop is one of the AI video analytics companies focused specifically on operational retail and hospitality intelligence.
